On May 15 and 16, 2025, the Asian, North American & Oceanian regional group will meet in Toronto. The IAJ continues to make a significant impact on respect for the rule of law and the principle of judicial independence around the world.  Regional groups meet to discuss educational topics and make proposals, resolutions and declarations pertaining to the judiciary in a particular country or countries. Our Association is an active member of the IAJ, with the current President of the CSCJA, Clayton Conlan, due to become the next President for this regional group.

The 66th Annual Meeting of the IAJ took place this past October in Cape Town, South Africa, bringing together the IAJ Governance, the Regional Groups and Study Commissions. Our Canadian members are proudly represented on the Boards of all four Study Commissions.
